Shipping Policy
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  USPS deliveries typically arrive in two (2) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) for the U.S. Continental United States.  However, we have seen USPS take as long as two weeks. 

Please contact us if you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time and we will do our best to help determine and resolve the issue.

Note:  We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.  All retail orders are processed and shipped within two business days, not including holidays and weekends (after successful credit card processing and address verification). 

Orders are fulfilled from our home office in Baldwin, Georgia.

Warranty/Return/Refund Policy

Sew Q Laser has a one year warranty on defective laser.

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition (the same that you received it) with original Sew Q Laser packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  To start a return, you can contact us at sewqlaser@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted you may send the item to be returned to the following address: Sew Q Laser, LLC, PO Box 203, Baldwin, GA 30511, United States

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When buying an item, you agree that: (I) you are responsible for reading the full item listing.  The price(s) we charge for using our services/ for our products are listed on the website.  We reserve the right to change our price(s) for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product description, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.  These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color and images of our product9s) that appears in the store.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.  We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our product(s) or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product(s) or services that we offer.  All descriptions of product(s) or product(s) pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product(s) at any time.  Any offer for any product(s) or service made on this site is voice where prohibited.  We do not warrant that the quality of any product(s), services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
